8 week introductory course to mindfulness.
Service Description
This is an option to do the Mindfulness Based Living Course as part of a group. This is for a minimum of four people. Open up awareness to the mind and body in this introductory course to mindfulness. Learn techniques on how to live a more mindful life through formal meditation practice and everyday activities over an 8 week course. Learn to build resource to respond skillfully and mindfully to life's difficulties. Please get in touch to find out when the next group course is running by the contact form.
