Welcome to our Midweek Mindfulness online practice sessions! We are so glad you've decided to join us Wednesday evenings at 8 PM. In the midst of our busy weeks, it's essential to carve out some time for self-care and inner peace, and that's exactly what these sessions are designed for.

On Wednesday night, we'll embark on a journey of guided meditation, gentle breathing exercises, and reflective practices that will help us reconnect with ourselves and find tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life. Whether you're new to mindfulness or a seasoned practitioner, this space is for you.

Please find a comfortable and quiet spot where you won't be disturbed. Feel free to light a candle, grab a cushion, or anything else that makes you feel at ease.
