This course is generally done in a group environment to increase learning potential and benefit practice. However a one to one option is available. Our wish is to make mindfulness accessable to all so we have a payment  scale, minimum payment starting at £85 up to the maximum of £120 per person for the group MBLC. If this is still not an option for you, please get in touch and we will see what we can do.

Please contact us to book if  you wish to take part in a group MBLC. We are also happy to come along to a workplace to offer it to staff.

For a one to one option, please check the book online page. The group and one to one options are available online and in person.

Mental Health: Mindfulness is not a medical treatment for mental health problems. If you are currently undergoing treatment, please consult your mental health practitioner before commencing a mindfulness course. Also if you are currently experiencing or recently experienced a life changing event (divorce, separation, family death) please make sure you have support from a medical professional, family or friends if needed.
