GET TO KNOW ME
Hi! I'm Rebecca, a passionate Mindfulness teacher based in Aberdeenshire. I am committed to teaching mindfulness and well-being. I started practicing mindfulness to help with my mental health after experiencing postnatal depression. I began my teacher training with the Mindfulness Association which included a year of beginners training followed by two retreats, one of which took place at Samye Ling Monastry in Scotland. In 2022 I qualified to be a mindfulness teacher.
Since then, I've built my life around helping others discover the joy of meditation. Mindfulness is about learning to live life in the present moment, to appreciate and to build compassion. As my clients develop, they will gain the tools to tap into their own thoughts, reactions and emotions empowering them to form their own path towards mindfulness, peace and kindness.
